You have been a course, perhaps for several days. You get to the end, the Clock is ticking down and you’ve covered all course content.
Then you say the magic word: “Before he left, I am you have to fill out evaluation forms.”
Distribute feedback forms. One or two minutes later, everyone seems to have done and they will pack their suitcases. If you read, you see that most people have circled some numbers, but almost no one has a written opinion.
They think, “Wow, that was a waste of time.”
Is it useful to give these forms?
Well, they are limited. That is why they are sometimes referred to as “happy sheets”. They tend to give your impressions of the immediate population and consider how they feel at the time. If they liked the course, they will probably give him a decent score.
