Career in Human Resources

In this article I will answer one question I have often been discussed lately: “What can I do to work in human resources?”.

It’s almost a myth that only graduates of the Faculty of Education could be a good scooter. Cons argument: Many HR professionals have studied economics, foreign languages or technical faculties. Faculty is a very good opportunity to explore and choose your career, but not necessarily an opportunity to prepare in a field. Of course, a degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resources for enriching his CV, but the actual experience remains the cornerstone. So, if experience counts and you are in the threshold for a first job, what would you do?

A lack of experience are no longer an obstacle.

To start in this area, you can choose for one of the following:

Apply an internship program. There are already many programs and internal training organized by multinational corporations, many of which are concentrated in the salons of the course.

Fill in your resume and apply an internship in HR practices.

When One Has the Right to Fight the Many?

Once in one of the Chicago newspapers I found an anouncement inviting to discuss a similar topic. I had no chance to go there, but I did like the subject, so- these are just my considerations in short.

HOW TO DEFINE IF YOU ARE RIGHT AND OTHERS ARE NOT?

1. classifying the actions according to the accepted law and moral standards;

2. if the actions of others violate your human rights, – you have the right to fight or to accept the wrong – it’s your choice;

The positive ways of the adequate reaction:

- pointing out that you are aware of the motives or guess what they could be;

- conversing and making the issues public;

- using the formula: ‘talk-write-tell-inform’ or just be silent – your choice.

WHEN CAN YOU AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO FIGHT?

- when others conceal the truth to deprive you of the rights to gain priveleges;

- when others lie deliberately against you;

- when others say you are ‘an obstacle for their lives’ or claim you are ‘nobody- such people are to be deprived of their status of believers, first, and be informed of the appropriate evaluation of their actions;

- when others curse openly and outregeously;

- when others wnat to deprive you of your identity and do not recognize your right to express yourself the way you want and need to, freely;

- when others attacked you, afflicted you and were given the right to privileges, not deserved;

-when others do not do what they are expected to do due to the requirements of their status;

- when you were opperred, humiliated and enslaved and others were given the right to freedom;

- when others were supporting the wrong-doers and still are enjoying the privileges of their a-priori- lost status;

- WHEN YOU FEEL IT’S RIGHT TO BE DONE DUE TO THE STANDARDS OF THE INTERNATIONAL GLOBAL COMMUNITY, LAWS,  MORALITY AND RELIGION.
