All appeals of other species in violence whatsoever for protecting himself or his prey. I will not go into the anthropological or scientific reasons. On the other hand, I’m still analyzing the nature of the human spirit. I feel fear is the driving force of greed, envy and jealousy at the root of all violence is inappropriate. And what about sanctions in the framework of a national criminal code criminal? The penalty for a crime is still legalized in the form of revenge or a form of violence. Is not violence death penalty?

Human Rights Take Front and Center For the New York City Schools

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child emphasized that one aim of the school to respect human rights and fundamental freedoms, to promote that all children enjoy. They noted that to truly understand and promote human rights, they need to live in relation to others.

The New York City schools has taken this directive seriously and through the creation of their school for human rights, a combined Middle and High School Academy, which is built around the concept of the human heart, man. It is a little of almost 150 public schools open, through concrete initiatives in the past three years by the New York schools, with its doors opened in September 2004. During the school year, the New York City Schools’ 2005-2006, the School of Human Rights had over 180 students.

Located in Brooklyn, the School of Human Rights rare, even for schools in New York. The core values of dignity, respect and responsibility, to learn that the driving force behind the program, such as teachers and teach students how to deal with each other, and the types of adults in New York City schools hope that the students become.
